The City of McCall’s Local Housing Action Plan has been awarded the 2023 Vernon Deines Award from the American Planning Association in the APA Small Towns and Rural Division. The Vernon Deines Award is given to an outstanding comprehensive plan or special project plan that addresses the development of a neighborhood, community, county, or region.  Read the Press Release here.
