We are thrilled to announce that Morgan Stroud, P.E., has been promoted to City Engineer! Morgan earned her Idaho Professional Engineering license in September 2023 and has been serving as the City’s Staff Engineer since 2021. Her hard work and dedication have led to this well-deserved promotion, and we are excited to see her continue to make a positive impact in this new role.

Morgan’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2015) and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering (2017), both from the University of Colorado Denver.

When she’s not busy engineering, Morgan enjoys a variety of activities including baking treats, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, skiing, and spending time outdoors. She loves taking walks with her dog, Walter, and her husband, Nate, and even finds time to attempt a bit of gardening.
